Director of Human Resources mainly responsible to: - Plan, direct, and coordinates human resource management activities of METT Hotel and Beach Resort to maximize the strategic use of human resources. - Administering the HR Policies, and verifying all procedures to make sure that they are in conformity with the Labor Law. - Maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, time management, employee development activities, payroll management, and dealing with unions. - Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems. - Effective management of legal activities. - Bachelors or Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major. - Experience (5 years) in a senior role in Human Resources, in 5-star Resort Hotel or Hotel chain. - Experienced on Spanish (Málaga) Work Law. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives. We are opening a new specialty coffee fully plant based café in puerto deportivo Marbella and are looking for someone to join our humble team and grow with us. The food menu will mostly include creative, trendy breakfast/brunch dishes. We are looking for someone to join us as helper cool and take on the main chef position over time. We want someone who is passionate, we are willing to teach someone who is just starting out in a professional kitchen as long as they are motivated and fit well in our team.
