Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and optimize RF circuits, subsystems, and communication hardware for advanced wireless applications. /li liSupport the development and optimization of antennas, RF front‑end architectures, filters, amplifiers, and microwave components. /li liPerform RF modeling, simulation, characterization, and performance analysis across communication systems operating in bUHF, L-Band, S-Band /b, and comparable RF frequency ranges. /li liExecute laboratory testing, verification, validation, and bacceptance testing /b of RF systems and components. /li liTroubleshoot RF communication issues, diagnose performance limitations, and implement technical improvements. /li liAnalyze signal propagation, RF interference, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI), and overall communication performance. /li liSupport system integration, field validation, installation, and commissioning activities when required. /li liEnsure products comply with applicable industry regulations and certification requirements. /li liMonitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvements in reliability, efficiency, and product quality. /li liPrepare engineering documentation including design specifications, validation reports, test procedures, technical analyses, and verification records. /li liCollaborate closely with Hardware, Systems, Embedded Software, Manufacturing, Integration, and Test Engineering teams throughout product development. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul lib5+ years /b of professional experience in RF Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Wireless Communications, or related fields. /li liStrong understanding of RF fundamentals, wireless communication principles, impedance matching, signal propagation, and RF system architecture. /li liExperience working with communication systems operating in bUHF, L-Band, S-Band /b, GNSS/GPS, or comparable wireless communication technologies. /li liHands‑on experience using RF laboratory equipment, including RF signal generators. /li liExperience performing RF measurements, troubleshooting, system validation, verification, and performance optimization. /li liExperience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 pExperience in one or more of the following areas would be highly beneficial: /p ul liSatellite Communications /li liAerospace or Space Systems /li liRF Front‑End Design /li liMicrowave Engineering /li liAntenna Design and Characterization /li liElectromagnetic Compatibility (EMC/EMI) /li liEmbedded Systems /li liHigh‑Speed PCB Design /li liCompliance Testing and Product Certification (FCC, CE, or equivalent) /li liRadar Systems /li liIoT Connectivity /li liGNSS/GPS Technologies /li /ul pA bMaster's degree /b in RF Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is considered an advantage. /p pExperience with industry‑standard simulation and design tools such as: /p ul liHFSS /li liKeysight ADS (Advanced Design System) /li /ul pKnowledge of modern wireless communication standards including LTE, 5G, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, or similar technologies is also desirable. /p h3Technical Environment /h3 pYou’ll regularly work with: /p h3RF Test Equipment /h3 ul liRF Signal Generators /li /ul h3Engineering Software /h3 ul liHFSS /li liKeysight ADS /li liRF Microwave Simulation Tools /li liEMC Analysis Testing Tools /li liMicrosoft Office Suite /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 pWe’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset. /p pYou’ll bring: /p ul liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liStrong troubleshooting capabilities within laboratory and integration environments. /li liHigh attention to detail and commitment to engineering quality. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liStrong organizational and project coordination abilities. /li liThe ability to prioritize multiple activities while meeting deadlines. /li liA proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced engineering environment. /li liA collaborative mindset with experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams. /li liProfessional proficiency in English. /li /ul h3Work Model /h3 p100% On‑site (Office Laboratory Based) /p pRemote and hybrid working are bnot available /b for this position. /p h3Eligibility Requirements /h3 ul liApplicants must already have a valid work permit authorizing employment in Spain. /li liVisa sponsorship is not available for this position. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liProfessional proficiency in English (required) /li /ul h3Why Join?
