As a Data & Reporting Specialist, you will interact with colleagues across different countries and time zones, gaining exposure to global reporting standards and practices. You will contribute to maintaining and enhancing reporting processes that impact multiple regions, providing actionable insights to leadership that help drive efficiency, productivity, and informed business decisions. • Create, execute, and maintain monthly reports to drive efficiency and decision making., • Establish and document standardized reporting processes, including data tracking, validation, and quality control., • Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability., • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support HR, Operations, and other departments., • Leverage reporting dashboards associated with specific departments., • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver outputs aligned with business needs., • Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting tasks and improve efficiency., • Ensure timely delivery of reports, highlighting anomalies or key issues to management., • Support ad‑hoc reporting requests and data analysis as required., • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles., • Expert‑level Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation., • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills to interpret complex datasets., • Experience creating, executing, and maintaining monthly reports., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to work independently and manage priorities within tight deadlines., • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and actionable way., • Knowledge of data visualization best practices., • Experience in process documentation and establishing reporting frameworks., • Understanding of HR/Operations metrics., • Competitive Base Salary, • Private Health Insurance, • Pluxee Transport Pass, • Pluxee Restaurant Pass, • Additional Time off for Charity Work and Volunteering, • Tuition Reimbursement, • Certification Bonus Program, • Access to IPC University – our internal e‑learning platform, • LinkedIn Learning access, • Structured onboarding training and peer mentor support, • Wellness program The IPC work culture is focused on inclusion, prioritizing innovation, and maximizing potential.
