The AI Product Manager will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and beyond. This role requires close collaboration with our Yolo team, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with the company’s business goals. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liProduct Strategy and Vision ul liWork together with the CEO/CTO to bring the vision into executable tasks. /li liIdentify market opportunities, conduct market research, and understand customer needs to develop a product roadmap. /li liCreate and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing features based on business and customer impact. /li liEngage with the Growth department to analyze performance data to make informed decisions. /li /ul /li liStakeholder Management ul liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales, and support, to ensure successful product launches and user adoption. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product features, updates, and roadmap. /li liPresent product updates and strategy to senior management and key stakeholders. /li /ul /li liPerformance and Analytics ul liDefine together with the CEO/CTO key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and monitor performance against these metrics. /li liAnalyze data to make informed decisions on product enhancements, pivots, or discontinuations. /li liGather and prioritize customer feedback to continually improve the product. /li /ul /li liMarket and Competitor Analysis ul liStay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies. /li liConduct competitive analysis to identify areas of opportunity or risk. /li liDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market and user personas. /li /ul /li /ul h3Preferred skill set /h3 ul liBachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field /li li3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in Computer Vision /li liProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. /li liExperience with open-source projects /li liExperience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). /li liStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. /li liAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. /li /ul h3Cutting-Edge-next generation AI computer vision technology: /h3 pContribute to building cutting edge computer vision AI models based on the YOLO framework. /p h3Impactful Work: /h3 pShape the future of AI-powered solutions that transform industries. /p h3Collaborative Culture: /h3 pJoin a talented and passionate team that values open communication and innovation. /p h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive salary, depending on experience and location /li liTime Off: 24 days paid vacation, your birthday off, plus local holidays /li liHome set up Allowance ($550) /li liFlexible work environment with hybrid and remote options /li liThe candidate must be eligible to work as an independent contractor in their home country (handbook for more detail) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
