Come & join us on the road to success. We are seeking an Accounting and Reporting Controller to join our Finance and Administration team at Applus+IDIADA . This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with audit background to develop their career in a dynamic, international environment while contributing to financial excellence and ERP transformation. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, • Drive the implementation and optimization of reporting in the new ERP system, including process design, testing, and continuous improvement, • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders, • Act as key liaison with external auditors during interim and year-end audits, coordinating deliverables and documentation, • Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP (PGC) and support IFRS reporting requirements for group consolidation Education: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field, • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing is highly valued, • Minimum 2 years of experience in audit (Big 4 experience preferred), • English: Advanced level required (C1 or equivalent), • German: Any level is highly valued, • Additional languages are a plus
