We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team and help drive operational excellence, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from point-of-sale confirmation to final delivery. This involves coordinating and managing project teams, overseeing operational processes, ensuring compliance with KPIs, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with the BU Directors, Project Directors, and People department, among others, to achieve project goals related to time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in operations management, particularly in services within the marketing, sales, or event management field. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving process improvements. Additionally, this role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations We are IN, are you IN? Main responsibilities: Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient execution of our projects, from the confirmation of sales to final delivery. You will work closely with Project Directors, PMs, specialists, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external suppliers, ensuring that project objectives are met in terms of time, quality, cost, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Background & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree in Project Management, Operations Management, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable., • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, ideally within a multiservice agency or B2B environment. Strong track record of managing complex projects and processes., • Proficiency in using project management ERPs such as ClickUp, Trello, or Asana, with experience in agile methodologies., • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills that enable clear, concise, and effective collaboration in a team environment., • Outstanding leadership and management skills, with proven experience in overseeing multidisciplinary and remote teams. Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with suppliers and multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and delivery of impactful results., • Highly proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
