Service Club Academy is looking for a driven and detail-oriented (German Speaker) Senior Accounts Manager to lead our training operations across Germany and Austria. As Senior Accounts Manager for the Germany and Austria Market, you’ll lead key client relationships and oversee operational service delivery. This is a target-driven, execution-focused role. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams, rapid issue resolution, and high-quality delivery that supports satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. What you’ll do: • Act as the main liaison for clients in Germany and Austria, developing trust-based, collaborative relationships., • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery in line with client KPIs and deadlines., • Coordinate day-to-day operations with internal teams (e.g. call center agents, HSMs) to deliver consistently across the market., • Identify, communicate, and resolve operational issues quickly to prevent service interruptions., • Monitor and report on performance metrics, adjusting workflows based on data and client feedback., • Work cross-functionally to align service delivery with local client expectations and business practices., • Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and German., • Respond flexibly to operational shifts, client changes, and market feedback., • Maintain strong attention to detail and service accuracy across all stages of delivery., • Drive client retention through operational excellence and proactive support. What we’re looking for: • Proven experience in account management or client services, ideally within the German or Austrian market and in an operational or logistics-heavy environment., • 3 years of professional experience in customer support, business development, and account management, • Deep understanding of the German and Austrian business culture, service expectations, and communication norms., • Track record of achieving strict KPIs, SLAs, and operational deadlines., • Skilled at aligning and managing internal teams to deliver market-specific results., • Strong problem-solving skills, especially under time pressure., • Native or fluent German Speaker and English (C1+)., • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and effective in high-tempo settings., • Flexible and adaptive to changing client demands and operational challenges.
