B2B Partner Onboarding Lead partner onboarding phases, from contract signature to go-live Act as the main point of contact for the partner throughout the integration phase Coordinate internal teams (Tech, Product, Ops, Support) to ensure a smooth onboarding process Define the integration roadmap, milestones, and success criteria Functional & Technical Integration API selection, data flows, formats, and frequencies Definition of reporting and key performance indicators Oversee the technical implementation of solutions on the partner side Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of data flows (monitoring, alerts, incident analysis) Organize and lead testing phases (UAT, validation, go-live) with the partner Serve as the technical point of contact to resolve integration-related issues Customer Success & Post-Onboarding Follow-up Ensure post go-live follow-up and support partners in scaling their usage Monitor and analyze success metrics, including: Performance and service quality Anticipate risks (decline in usage, recurring incidents, lack of adoption) and propose action plans Identify optimization opportunities, product enhancements, or upsell potential in collaboration with internal teams Maintain a long‑term, value‑driven partner relationship Profile Required To succeed in this role: ⋆ You have 5+ years of experience in a similar role: Technical Account Manager, Implementation Manager, Technical Consultant, or Technical Customer Success Manager. ⋆ Experience in a SaaS, fintech, adtech, or technology platform environment is a plus. ⋆ Strong understanding of technical architectures, REST APIs, data exchange formats (JSON, XML, etc.), and batch/real‑time data flows. ⋆ Ability to interact effectively with both technical teams (developers, CTOs, product teams) and business stakeholders. ⋆ Solid knowledge of monitoring, data flow performance, incident management, and testing phases (UAT, validation, go‑live). ⋆ Strong customer service mindset with a results‑oriented approach. ⋆ Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and accessible language. ⋆ Professional proficiency in English is an additional asset in an international environment.
