Customer Service Agent - Dutch Speaker At Netzon Group , we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona for our New Balance Campaign. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing New Balance. ✅ Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media. Become an expert and brand ambassador for New Balance. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. Fluency in both Dutch and English. Start Date: ASAP. Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation). Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM. Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office. Training: Full-Time Training for 8 days. Office Based, Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
