Operational Account & Service Manager Eurovision Services is seeking a highly motivated Professional to become part of our Operations Team in Madrid, Spain. About the ES Operations Team The Operations department serves as the central point of contact for all customers receiving operational services. The team manages the requirements and delivery of our transmission and media services for all events, coordinating with our customers and partners (e.g., media organizations, sports federations, and event enterprises). The ES Operations Team is responsible for delivering high-quality services, achieving ambitious operational objectives, and implementing reliable solutions to provide outstanding value to our customers while optimizing costs to improve our bottom line. Main Responsibilities of this Position Account Management • Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts on all operational matters, • Ensure outstanding service delivery by understanding customer needs and expectations, • Guarantee the fulfilment of all account‑related deliverables, • Provide clear, consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders, • Collaborate closely with the Network Manager to prepare projects and allocate technical resources, • Coordinate with relevant Operations teams for smooth service delivery, • Take on a project manager role when required by specific events, • Initiate account‑related projects and hand them over to the PMO when applicable, • Track and report account costs Service Management • Apply project management principles to set up and deliver assigned projects, • Validate project team resources in coordination with the Head of Service Management when needed, • Monitor and report project costs as part of the project team, • Structure and distribute project/event information clearly for internal use (handover documentation), • Collect and coordinate all necessary project inputs (Rate Card, Rights Management, contacts, etc.), • Prepare and share Program Offers with ES clients and manage bookings, • Define technical requirements for events and transmissions, • In some cases, plan and oversee the setup of international distribution networks, • Collaborate with PMO to validate and prepare Major Events, • Support the Network Manager with future planning, resource optimization, and network occupancy, • Plan transmissions by:, • Assessing customer requests, • Reviewing network usage and capacity, • Procuring additional resources if needed, • Ensuring efficient allocation of internal resources, • Track and report event‑related costs for each account, • Work closely with subsidiary offices for seamless coordination, • Monitor supplier performance and report feedback to Procurement, • Ensure service delivery aligns with customer and supplier contracts, • Collaborate with Marketing for product feedback, new product insights, and related communications, • Depending on experience, take on flexible roles as required by specific projects Please note that this role works on morning and afternoon shifts, extending throughout the weekends depending on events needs. Your Knowledge and Skills • Relevant experience in the broadcast field, with a proven track record managing complex broadcast operations, • Effective planning, coordination, and delivery of complex service and project initiatives, • Strong client relationship management, focused on high service quality and customer satisfaction, • Proven ability to manage and control budgets, with solid financial reporting skills, • Understanding of technical requirements for broadcast transmissions and live events, • Efficient planning and allocation of internal and external resources, • Oversight of supplier performance and service contract management, • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Excel, Jira, MS Project, CRM platforms), • Excellent customer service orientation, • Highly organized, self‑driven, and adaptable, able to work independently with minimal supervision, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective in cross‑functional and remote teams, • Fluent in English, • Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus Why Join Us?
