The Company: A global finance company that combines digital banking and investment tools is hiring for a Sales Manager to join their team. They operate in over 100 countries and provide a secure platform for people and businesses to manage their money and digital assets. The Role: They are looking for a "Hunter" to architect and lead their Sales Department from the ground up. You would lead, optimize, and scale their regional sales operation in Marbella. What You’ll Be Doing: Build the Department: Establish all sales processes, internal workflows, and reporting cadences from scratch. Team Leadership: Recruit and manage a team of 3–5 sales associates, implementing a training program to turn "raw" talent into effective fintech representatives within 90 days. Business Development: Proactively hunt for and close high-value clients, specifically focusing on recurring trading volumes in the $10M–$20M range. Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Marketing and Accounting departments to refine sales collateral, lead generation funnels, and commission tracking. Regional Networking: Maintain a high physical presence in the Marbella area, attending meetings and networking events to build a local pipeline of high-net-worth and B2B prospects. Strategy & Reporting: Propose and iterate on bonus schemes for the team and provide regular growth metrics to senior leadership. Requirements: ~5+ years of sales leadership with a track record of hitting aggressive growth targets. ~ Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or brokerage firms, with familiarity with trading platforms, financial products, and regulatory constraints. ~ Strong proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales performance tools, including reporting and dashboarding. ~ Experience building sales cycles and bonus structures from the ground up. ~ Strong mentor DNA with the ability to train and coach inexperienced staff. ~ Confident, personable, and driven by high-upside performance metrics. ~ Fluent English required; Spanish or other European languages are an advantage. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree welcomed but not mandatory. Salary: €5,500 – €6,000 monthly base + uncapped recurring commissions Logistics: Full-time, on-site in Marbella, Spain (some local travel required)
