PositionOverview ReportingtotheAcademicDirector,theAssociateDirectorofMarketing &CommunicationswillleadtheCenter'smarketing,communications, andpositioningstrategytostrengthenvisibility,engagement, andimpact.Thisrole combinesstrategicmarketing,branddevelopment,stakeholderengagement,communications,peopleleadership, and performancemeasurementtosupporttheCenter'sgrowthandinfluencewithinIE andglobally. TheAssociateDirectorwillworkcloselywiththeStudentEducation&Experiencevertical, IE Marketing andCommunications, aswellasotherkeystakeholdersacrosstheuniversity toensurealignmentofmessaging,campaigns,engagementstrategies, andinstitutionalpriorities. The rolerequiresaholisticperspectiveonthestudentandcommunityexperience,positioningtheCenter'sinitiativeswithinthebroaderIEecosystemtomaximizeimpact,strengthencollaboration, andcreatea cohesiveexperienceacrossstudents, faculty, staff, alumni, andpartners. Marketing,Communications&Engagement • Lead marketingcampaignsandcommunicationinitiativesthatincreaseawareness,participation, andimpact., • Overseecontentdevelopmentacrosswebsites, digitalchannels,newsletters, social media,reports,presentations,events, andpromotionalmaterials., • CollaboratecloselywithIE Marketing &Communicationsteamstomaximizevisibility,consistency, andinstitutionalalignment., • CoordinatewithStudentEducation&Experienceandotherkeydepartmentstoensureacoherentandintegratedapproachtostudent-facingcommunicationsandengagement., • Developcommunicationplansthatcontributetoaseamlessexperienceacrossthestudent,faculty, staff,alumni, andpartnerjourney., • Supportthepromotionofacademicprograms,events,researchinitiatives,partnerships, andcommunityactivities. Operations& Project Management • Developsystems,processes, andframeworksthatimprovecoordination,efficiency,scalability, andexecution., • Managecommunicationcalendars,campaigns,projects,vendors, agencies, andexternalpartners., • Supportbudgetplanning,monitoring, andresourcemanagementrelatedtomarketing andcommunicationsactivities., • Establishworkflowsandgovernancemechanismsthatfacilitatecollaborationacrossstakeholdersand reduceduplicationofeffort. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Education&Experience • Master'sdegreein Marketing,Communications, Business, PublicRelations,StrategicCommunications,orarelatedfield., • 4-6 yearsofrelevantexperiencein marketing,communications,brandmanagement,stakeholderengagement,communitybuilding,orrelatedareas., • Experiencedevelopingstrategicmarketing andcommunicationplansandmanagingcomplex,cross-functionalprojects., • Experiencewithinhighereducation,foundations,researchinstitutions, socialimpactorganizations,orpurpose-drivenenvironmentsishighlydesirable.
