What You’ll Bring 3+ years in performance marketing with a focus on lowering CAC, improving ROI, and driving revenue growth. Deep expertise in Google Ads operations, bidding strategies and automation. Excellent grasp of data analytics. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced spreadsheet modeling. Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and sharp execution skills. Hands-on with experimentation, designing A/B, geo and incrementality tests to drive measurable ROI. Creative problem solver who combines analytical rigor with ownership and initiative. Fluent proficiency in English. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Degree in engineering, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience. Experience in the beauty/wellness/health industry.
