Change Group and Prosegur Change are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Compliance/Risk Manager to join our Compliance department. You’ll will lead our regulatory framework in Sweden. This is a strategic role that ensures our operations comply with Swedish and EU financial regulations, with a strong focus on PSD2. You will also serve as the key liaison with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and be responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s risk matrix. The job is based at our Madrid Head Office What will be your duties? You will report to the Global Head of Compliance and work closely with the MLRO in Sweden: • Monitor the level of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for the operation in Sweden, • Develop and maintain an annual regulatory compliance and risk plan for Board approval, • Conduct regular reviews of operations and report findings to the Swedish Board of Directors, • Monitor compliance with PSD2 and other relevant financial regulations, • Maintain and archive internal compliance documentation, policies, and procedures, • Identify, assess, and report on compliance and operational risks, • Manage and monitor the company’s risk matrix, ensuring timely updates and alignment with business activities, • Raise any identified shortcomings in relation to the above-mentioned laws and regulations to local management and, where applicable, to group level stakeholders, • Perform controls based on local policies and procedures and report on these to local senior management and, where applicable, to relevant stakeholders on group level, • Deliver training and awareness programs on compliance and risk topics, • Provide expert guidance on regulatory developments and support implementation across the business, • Act as the primary contact for the Swedish FSA, managing regulatory communications and inspections, • Communicate any relevant regulatory changes applicable for the local operation, • Assist in updating, assessing, and reviewing the processes, policies and procedures, • Assist the Global Head of Compliance with group-wide initiatives and reporting, • Prepare regular reports and status updates to the Board and to the Global Head of Compliance The above list is not exhaustive, and additional assignments may be requested as needed. Since we are a global organization, you will be expected to work in an international context What are we looking for? • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field., • 3+ years of experience in compliance roles within banking, fintech, consulting firms, or a regulator in Sweden, • Fluent in Swedish and English (Spanish is a plus)., • AML certification (ACAMS, ICA, others) is a plus., • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail., • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)., • Ability to lead yourself in your day-to-day work., • Strong “Team player” mindset.
