ph3Role Summary /h3pThe Supply Chain Program Lead, Systems Data is responsible for leading the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of supply chain business systems, core operational processes, and master data management. This role ensures that supply chain systems and data support efficient, standardized, and scalable operations across procurement, planning, inventory, manufacturing support, logistics, and fulfillment. This position serves as a key link between supply chain, operations, IT, finance, and data stakeholders. This role drives process consistency, system effectiveness, and data accuracy while establishing governance models, controls, and performance metrics that improve service, reduce cost, and support business decision-making. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the support, enhancement, and optimization of supply chain systems and related applications, including roadmap planning, testing, implementation, deployment, user training, change management, and post-go-live support. /liliPartner with business and IT teams to define system requirements and translate operational needs into scalable solutions. /liliManage system roadmaps, enhancement priorities, and release planning for supply chain applications. /liliCoordinate system testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-go-live support. /liliMonitor system performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions and process improvements. /liliSupport reporting, dashboard development, and visibility tools for supply chain operations. /liliEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of supply chain and master data across systems through strong standards, validation rules, and governance controls. /liliLead data quality improvement efforts through audits, KPI tracking, issue resolution, and root cause analysis to prevent recurring errors and strengthen business processes. /liliMaintain aligned master data structures, business rules, and controls to support reliable planning, procurement, inventory management, and reporting across functions and sites. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or related field /lili6–10+ years of experience in supply chain systems, process improvement, master data management, or related roles /liliStrong knowledge of supply chain functions including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and operations support /liliStrong IT and Systems knowledge (Office, SharePoint, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Power Apps) /liliExperience with master data governance, data quality controls, and process standardization /liliAbility to translate business requirements into system and process solutions /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills /liliExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience with data governance frameworks and process control environments /liliExperience with reporting and business intelligence tools /liliKnowledge of system integrations and workflow automation /liliGlobal or multi-site supply chain experience /liliPMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred /li /ulh3Key Skills /h3ulliMaster data governance and data quality /liliProcess improvement and system optimization /liliERP and systems integration /liliTraining and change management /liliReporting and KPI analysis /liliProblem-solving and cross-functional collaboration /liliProject and stakeholder management /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pWe offer variety of benefits alongside competitive salary. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
