We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist based in the Málaga area. This role is ideal for experienced IT professionals as well as junior candidates eager to expand their expertise. If you have a passion for IT, a proactive mindset, and an interest in working with Odoo and E-commerce systems, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems. • Document technical problems and solutions for future reference. • Support and maintain Odoo ERP and Shopify platforms • Assist with IT security protocols and data protection measures. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve ERP workflows and optimize system performance. Requirements: • Proven experience in IT support or a related field. • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android systems. • Experience with Odoo and/or Shopify is highly desirable. • Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required. • Located in the Málaga area.
