To help us get there, we’re expanding our Sales & RevOps team and looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Madrid, where you'll drive growth in our International Markets (Italy, UK and Sweden). Your main responsibilities Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target industries, companies, and decision-makers for each of our business units. Develop and maintain accurate lead lists, including email addresses and phone numbers, for our Account Executives to leverage. Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to provide actionable insights. Sales Tools Management: Effectively use and manage sales tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email automation, and lead generation tools). Ensure tools are optimized to support sales team workflows and goals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with tools to minimize downtime. Develop automations and improvements to optimize sales processes. Data Preparation and Reporting: Create, update, and maintain sales reports to track performance and KPIs. Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all sales systems and databases. Generate actionable insights to uncover opportunities for sales and better decision-making. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and propose solutions to improve productivity. Stay updated on new sales tools and best practices to recommend improvements. Collaboration and training of Sales Teams: Coordinate with sales representatives to understand their needs and provide targeted lead lists and support in their business development strategy. Support in the creation and delivery of training sessions for the sales team on our tools, processes and best practices. Requirements for this position 0-2 years of experience in sales operations, market research, or a similar role (some experience is preferred). Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze market data. Business-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to operations and process improvements. Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Pipedrive) and lead generation tools (e.g., Amplemarket, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
