Mission As the Europe eBusiness Manager, you will lead and grow e-commerce partnerships across Europe—especially Amazon and key pure players—by defining and executing a profitable e-business strategy aligned with the omnichannel vision. Own P&L for major online accounts, drive joint growth plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and accelerate online performance. Key Responsabilities Define and execute the European e-retail and pure player strategy (legal framework, commercial conditions, assortment, pricing, and trade marketing) in line with the company’s omnichannel roadmap. Act as key account lead for Amazon Seller and category-specific pure player including: • Build and own the Joint Business Plan with category-specific pure player at the European level, • Set up and manage Amazon Seller Accounts by country, including:, • Defining operational and financial flows (inventory model, FBA vs FBM, VAT & invoicing rules, local compliance), • Coordinating logistics set-up with local and global supply chain teams, • Setting up and monitoring local bank accounts, tax registration, and pricing structures, • Aligning product catalogs and ensuring product compliance and local market availability, • Manage daily account operations: content accuracy, catalog hygiene, availability, pricing consistency, and customer satisfaction metrics, • Define and execute media investment plans (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP campaigns), with continuous performance tracking and optimization, • Coordinate promotional calendars and brand activations with category-specific pure player, ensuring alignment with marketing guidelines, • Drive the B2C journey on pure players, enhancing product discoverability, shopper conversion, and repeat purchase rates, • Build accurate sales forecasts and performance tracking for Amazon Seller, category specific pure player, and other key online accounts, • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with category-specific pure player and internal stakeholders to evaluate progress and unlock new growth levers, • Identify and analyze key competitor activities (assortment, pricing, promotional tactics, media presence) and define proactive action plans, • Lead cross-functional initiatives (sales, digital, supply, finance) to optimize the end-to end e-commerce model, • Share best practices and insights across regional teams to accelerate omnichannel and pure-player development, • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller accounts, including operational and financial set-up across multiple countries or business units, • Strong knowledge of marketplace logistics models (FBA/FBM), VAT management, invoicing, and compliance across the EU, • Demonstrated expertise in e-retail operations, online merchandising, and digital shelf excellence, • Experience with category-specific pure players is a strong plus, • Data-driven with solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs and tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, retail analytics platforms), • Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills, • A dynamic environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and initiative., • Join a highly ranked company where you can influence decisions within an international setup., • Benefit from strong career development, meaningful responsibility, and a competitive package with flexible working and stock-listed company benefits.
