ph3Our Opening and Your Responsibilities /h3 h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a commercially driven and hands‑on Business Area Manager to lead and grow our Process Analytics business across international markets through a network of partners and distributors. The Process Analytics business provides advanced measurement solutions that help customers improve product quality, operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Our technologies support customers across pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, food beverage, and other process industries. /p pReporting directly to the General Manager, this role combines strategic leadership, business development, channel management, people leadership, and full PL accountability. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across the Middle East, Africa, LATAM and selected European markets, while strengthening partner relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring the achievement of commercial and financial objectives. /p h3Business Leadership Strategy /h3 ul liDefine and execute the strategic business plan for the Process Analytics business. /li liDrive sales growth, profitability, and market share across assigned regions. /li liIdentify new market opportunities and develop growth initiatives within key process industries. /li liSupport the implementation of global business initiatives and commercial programs. /li liCollaborate with other business divisions to maximize customer value and business performance. /li /ul h3Commercial Channel Management /h3 ul liDevelop and execute partner business plans to accelerate growth. /li liBuild strong, long‑term relationships with distributors and channel partners. /li liDrive a consultative, value‑based sales approach across the organization. /li liMonitor pipeline development, opportunity management, and commercial execution. /li liEvaluate channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvement actions. /li liPromote cross‑selling opportunities across the business where appropriate. /li /ul h3People Leadership /h3 ul liLead, coach, and develop a team of Market Managers. /li liFoster a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer value. /li liSupport talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. /li liEnsure the ongoing commercial and technical development of team members. /li /ul h3Financial Management /h3 ul liOwn the Business Area PL and ensure the achievement of financial targets. /li liDrive profitable growth through effective pricing, margin management, and cost control. /li liManage budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining financial discipline. /li liMonitor business performance and implement actions to improve profitability and operational effectiveness. /li /ul h3What You Need to Succeed /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. /p h3Experience /h3 ul liProven experience managing international distributor networks and indirect sales channels. /li liStrong background in partner business planning and channel development. /li liDemonstrated success leading commercial teams in industrial B2B environments. /li liExperience selling high‑value technical solutions. /li liStrong understanding of customers and applications within pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, food beverage, or related process industries. /li liExperience influencing stakeholders and driving results without direct authority. /li /ul h3Technical Knowledge /h3 ul liSolid understanding of Process Analytics and industrial instrumentation, including: pH, Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, TOC, Turbidity, Chlorine Analysis, Chromatography, Flow, Pressure, Temperature, and Level Measurement /li liUnderstanding of industrial manufacturing processes and instrumentation integration. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent English C1 (written and spoken). /li liFrench is considered a strong advantage depending on assigned markets. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liStrategic thinking and business acumen /li liCommercial leadership /li liChannel partner management /li liInternational business development /li liPL management /li liNegotiation and influencing skills /li liCustomer‑centric mindset /li liTeam leadership and coaching /li liResult‑oriented approach /li liAbility to thrive in a global, multicultural environment /li /ul h3Our Offer to You /h3 ul liJoin a global industry leader and become part of a diverse, multicultural, and international team. /li liPermanent Contract and competitive target salary (Fixed + Bonus). /li liCompany car. /li liPrivate medical insurance for you and your family. /li liLife insurance and pension plan. /li liMeal voucher and childcare voucher programs. /li liFull travel expenses covered. /li liWellbeing allowance and internet allowance. /li liAn international environment with strong opportunities for professional growth and development. /li /ul h3About Mettler Toledo /h3 pMETTLER TOLEDO is a global leader in precision instruments and services.
