DC Fine Chemicals is a European manufacturer and supplier of specialty fine chemical raw materials for the life sciences sector, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostics applications. With our headquarters in Terrassa (Barcelona) and an office in London, we work closely with customers across international markets. Our mission is to supply fine chemical raw materials with excellent customer service, helping our customers simplify their processes and contribute to their long-term success. We focus on reliability, technical understanding, and long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales. This role is suited to professionals who value ownership, business development, and commercial impact, and who are comfortable operating in a hands-on, international environment. Responsibilities • Actively develop new business and expand existing customer relationships, • Identify and convert high-value opportunities in pharma, biotech, diagnostics, and life sciences, • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, quotations, negotiations, and follow-up, • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, projects, and forecasts, • Represent the company in customer meetings, visits, and industry events, • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within life sciences, fine chemicals, pharma, biotech, or related industries, • Proven track record in new business development, not only account management, • Strong understanding of technical sales xcskxlj environments and long sales cycles, • Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented, • Strong communicator and relationship builder, • Structured, reliable, and comfortable in an international setting, • Willing and able to travel extensively (40–60%), • English – fluent, • Spanish – fluent, • German – strong professional level (preferred), • Additional languages are a plus.
