Do you have experience in the FMCG sector and want to play a strategic role close to the business in an international company? At Paul Marlex, we are partnering with KH7 , a leading FMCG company with over 75 years of history and strong international presence, to recruit a Market Data Analyst for their headquarters in Canovelles (Barcelona). Your mission Analyze market and consumer data using Nielsen, Kantar and IRI Monitor brand and category performance (KPIs, market share, distribution, promotions) Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decisions (launches, campaigns, pricing, portfolio) Provide analytical support to Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales teams Design and maintain dashboards and internal reporting Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Trade teams at national and international level What we’re looking for University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or similar 4–5 years of experience in market analysis within the FMCG sector Strong experience with Nielsen and/or Kantar data (IRI is a plus) Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical mindset with a clear business orientation Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Proactive, autonomous and impact-driven profile High level of English (written and spoken) What we offer Permanent contract and direct hire Join a solid, growing company with international projection Flexible working hours and intensive schedule on Fridays and during summer On-site role (Canovelles – Barcelona) Competitive compensation package (fixed + variable) Private health insurance Continuous training, including English courses On-site childcare facilities High-visibility role with direct exposure to strategic business decisions
