We are seeking a Head of Lead Generation to drive high-volume, multi-country B2C lead generation campaigns focused on driver acquisition. You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital and none-digital campaigns across multiple channels to deliver consistent, high-quality driver leads that fuel the growth of our partners. Key Responsibilities: • 7+ years of experience in B2C lead generation, ideally in performance-driven sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, travel, logistics, mobility, or gig economy., • Proven ability to manage 30+ concurrent campaigns with significant budgets (€500K+/quarter) across multiple countries., • Data-driven decision making and KPI ownership, with strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, and CRM platforms., • Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams, with the ability to mentor and scale talent., • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution, capable of designing and implementing scalable growth strategies., • Track record of adopting new channels, testing innovative strategies, and using automation to optimize performance and efficiency., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
