Role Overview The Community & Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Spoki’s social media channels, building and engaging our community, and supporting brand awareness and product education through strategic content and conversations. This role combines content creation, community engagement, social listening, and influencer collaboration to position Spoki as a leader in AI-driven conversational marketing. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and grow Spoki’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram,TikTok and emerging channels Plan and execute the social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches Publish posts, monitor performance, and optimize engagement Content & Storytelling Collaborate with the marketing team to translate product features, case studies, and industry insights into engaging social content Create and coordinate content formats including: -Product explainers -AI and WhatsApp industry insights -Video snippets and short-form content -Event coverage and thought leadership posts Community Management Engage daily with our audience: respond to comments, messages, and mentions Foster meaningful conversations with customers, partners, and prospects Identify and highlight community success stories and use cases Influencer & Partnership Engagement Identify and collaborate with industry influencers, creators, and thought leaders in AI, marketing automation, and customer experience Support outreach initiatives to expand Spoki’s visibility in the tech ecosystem Social Listening & Insights Monitor trends in AI, conversational marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and customer communication Track competitor activity and industry discussions Share insights with the marketing and product teams Analytics & Performance Track and report key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance Provide monthly insights and recommendations to improve results Requirements Experience 2–4 years experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing. Experience working in SaaS, tech startups, or B2B marketing is a strong plus Skills Strong writing and storytelling skills in English, Spanish or Italian is a plus Deep understanding of LinkedIn and B2B social media strategies Ability to translate complex tech topics into simple, engaging content Experience with social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) Analytical mindset and familiarity with social media metrics Bonus Experience in AI, marketing automation, CRM, or messaging platforms Experience managing tech communities or developer audiences Video editing or visual content creation skills What We Offer Opportunity to work with a fast-growing AI SaaS company High ownership and impact on brand growth Remote-friendly environment Collaboration with an international marketing and product team Access to industry events and tech ecosystem
