What You'll Be Doing: As a Full-Cycle Account Executive at Bankflip, you'll have a unique chance to take charge from lead generation to closing the deal. You'll be at the forefront of setting up the sales engine from scratch, exploring and experimenting with various channels, and ultimately creating the sales playbook for our company. Your role will encompass: • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential B2B clients who can benefit from our revolutionary solutions., • Customer Engagement: Nurture client relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process., • Deal Closure: Use your skills and expertise to close business deals using appropriate tools and systems., • Sales Playbook: Contribute to the improvement of our sales playbook and execute it effectively., • Innovation: Think outside the box, exploring innovative approaches to sales and finding creative solutions to complex challenges., • Adaptation: Swiftly adapt to changing situations and maintain a positive, upbeat attitude in all circumstances. What You'll Need: To excel in this role, you should have: • A background in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 3 years of experience as AE, preferably in a top B2B SaaS startup or tech company., • Passion for sales and a track record of success in outbound selling., • Native proficiency in Spanish and an advanced level of English., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools and systems (a plus)., • Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies., • The ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive., • A strong work ethic, a team-oriented mindset, self-starter qualities, high energy, and a results-oriented approach., • An instinct for innovation, the ability to think outside the box, and a customer-oriented mindset., • Bonus skill: Portuguese. What's in It for You: • Competitive fixed annual compensation 30k-40k€, plus uncapped sales commissions (100% of your base salary with 100% hit of quota)., • Early-stage equity, giving you a stake in our exciting journey., • A total of 26 days of paid vacation: 23 days + extra day off for your birthday (because it's your special day!), + 2 days off for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
