    Buscamos a una persona que lidere y ejecute la operación digital de la compañía, con foco en ecommerce B2B y B2C, mejora continua de conversión, marketplaces y coordinación transversal entre marketing, atención al cliente y logística. El rol combina gestión de proyectos, análisis de datos y una parte técnica/funcional para asegurar calidad y velocidad en la entrega. Responsabilidades • Liderar la operación y evolución del ecommerce B2B/B2C (mejoras de UX, performance, CRO y procesos de compra)., • Gestionar proyectos clave: rebranding del ecommerce, catálogo, atributos, calidad de datos, sincronización multicanal., • Coordinación diaria con equipos internos y proveedores (marketing, logística, soporte, desarrollo)., • Gestión y crecimiento en marketplaces (p. ej. Amazon, Miravia, Carrefour, Faire u otros): catálogo, visibilidad, contenidos, pricing, incidencias y performance., • Definir y seguir KPIs: ventas, margen, conversión, ticket medio, CAC/ROAS, devoluciones, tiempos operativos., • Analítica y reporting con herramientas tipo GA4, Power BI y análisis puntual en Python/Excel., • Asegurar integraciones y consistencia omnicanal: stock, precios, promociones, “click & collect” si aplica., • Identificar y ejecutar mejoras operativas (automatizaciones, catálogo, flujos internos, estandarización). Requisitos (imprescindibles) • Experiencia demostrable liderando o gestionando un ecommerce (ideal B2B o entornos complejos)., • Conocimiento práctico de gestión de catálogo en Prestashop, • Experiencia con marketplaces y su operativa (listados, incidencias, performance, reglas)., • Perfil muy organizado y orientado a resultados: priorización, seguimiento y cierre de tareas., • Capacidad para coordinar perfiles distintos (técnicos, creativos, operaciones)., • Competencia analítica: lectura de datos y decisiones basadas en métricas. Valorable • Experiencia con Prestashop u otras plataformas (Magento / Shopify / Odoo)., • Conocimiento de integradores o soluciones tipo channel manager., • Nociones técnicas: HTML/CSS/JS para ajustes y comunicación fluida con desarrollo., • Experiencia en omnicanalidad e integración con logística/ERP. We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the existing paid media team, taking ownership of key channels and initiatives while contributing to strategy, experimentation, and continuous optimization. You will play a critical role in scaling growth through data-driven execution, strong analytical thinking, and close collaboration across teams, all in a remote-first environment. WHO YOU ARE: • You have 5+ years of experience leading performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta, ideally within high-scale consumer apps or marketplace businesses., • You bring a strong hands-on mindset, owning campaigns end-to-end, from setup and daily optimization to scaling, automation, and performance troubleshooting., • You have a proven track record of driving sustainable growth through paid search, paid social, and app acquisition, with a strong focus on efficiency, CAC control, and long-term impact., • You are highly data-driven and comfortable navigating complex performance ecosystems, combining platform data, internal BI, attribution models, and cohort analysis to guide decisions., • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you enjoy turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations., • You are confident presenting performance insights, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership., • You have a strong experimentation mindset, with hands-on experience designing and scaling A/B tests, incrementality experiments, and structured testing roadmaps., • You are proactive, accountable for results, and thrive in fast-paced, remote-first and high-ownership environments where execution and impact matter., • You have excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a strong plus in our multi-market environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Own and scale Job Today’s paid media channels, ensuring continuous growth through hands-on campaign execution, optimization, and strategic development whilst always being aligned with efficiency targets., • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads - from keyword expansion to automation and bidding., • Design and run experiments (campaign A/B tests, causal impact studies, geo-based incrementality) to continuously improve ROI, ARPPU, and overall profitability., • Analyze performance across multiple data sources (platform data, internal BI, market trends, attribution & incrementality) to make data-driven decisions that boost efficiency and profitability., • Champion automation and experimentation, AI, leveraging scripts, automated rules, bid strategies, and structured testing roadmaps., • Regularly present performance insights to leadership, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and influence strategic decisions across Marketing and the wider organization., • Identify opportunities for growth by deep-diving into search intent, competitor activity, category trends, and performance patterns., • Collaborate cross-functionally with creation, analytics or the supply team to build high-impact campaigns and performance improvements.
