Today, they continue to drive innovation across multiple industries and are currently expanding their footprint across EMEA with the launch of a cutting-edge 3D ceramic printing solution🚀 To support the European Marketing team during a maternity leave period, they are looking for a B2B Content Marketing – Europe to join their international marketing department. This role will play a key part in supporting integrated marketing campaigns, dealer communications, digital content creation, product launches, and commercial marketing initiatives across the European region. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organised and hands-on B2B marketer with strong content creation and campaign coordination experience, who enjoys working in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. 🎯 The Role & Key Responsibilities 🎯 Reporting directly to the Head of Campaign Execution & Planning – Europe, the B2B Content Marketing Specialist will act as a bridge between global marketing strategy and regional campaign execution. The role combines strategic content planning with operational coordination and execution, ensuring all marketing materials and communications are aligned with business objectives, product priorities, and European market needs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Business Development, Digital, Social Media, and Marketing Automation teams, while also coordinating with external partners such as translation agencies, designers, and local market contacts. The position requires someone capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional activities, and maintaining a high level of quality and consistency across all communications and marketing touchpoints. Content Creation & Dealer Communications One of the core areas of the role will involve creating and coordinating dealer-facing communications across the European region. You will be responsible for developing compelling and commercially relevant content to support campaigns, product launches, promotions, service updates, events, and training initiatives. This includes: • Creating dealer communication materials such as newsletters, campaign announcements, invitations, reminders, product updates, and service communications, • Writing and adapting content for different European markets and audiences, • Coordinating translations into multiple EMEA languages and reviewing final versions before publication, • Managing dealer communication lists segmented by market, language, communication type, and audience, • Ensuring all communications are aligned with brand tone of voice and messaging guidelines Campaign Coordination & Product Marketing Support You will support the execution of integrated European marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives from planning through to launch and follow-up. Responsibilities include: • Coordinating marketing campaigns and commercial offers across EMEA, • Supporting product launches with messaging, campaign assets, landing pages, email campaigns, dealer packs, and web content, • Collaborating with Sales and Product teams to ensure campaigns support pipeline generation and commercial objectives, • Assisting with campaign planning and contributing ideas based on audience engagement, content performance, and market needs, • Supporting marketing initiatives, including awareness campaigns, renewal communications, dealer messaging, and end-user content, • Updating and publishing marketing collateral such as flyers, service documentation, and promotional materials Digital Marketing & Content Management The role also includes responsibility for managing and optimising digital marketing content across multiple online platforms. This includes: • Creating and updating landing pages for campaigns, products, services, and events, • Writing SEO-focused copy and ensuring content is optimised for visibility, engagement, and conversion, • Coordinating publication of content across websites, marketplaces, customer portals, and digital platforms, • Managing marketplace product content including descriptions, product information, image uploads, SEO optimisation, and category management, • Working closely with Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Marketing Automation teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints, • Supporting lead generation activities through content and campaign execution Events & Training Coordination The B2B Content Marketing Specialist will also support communication and coordination activities related to events, dealer trainings, and internal initiatives across Europe. Responsibilities include: • Coordinating communications around trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, dealer events, and training sessions, • Managing invitations, registration processes, reminders, and follow-up communications, • Supporting event promotion through social media, newsletters, press releases, and website updates, • Creating event-related marketing assets and downloadable resources, • Coordinating dealer training communications through platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce Content Development & Storytelling A key focus of the role will be developing engaging B2B marketing content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and product positioning across the European market. This includes: • Writing blog articles, customer success stories, case studies, and product application content, • Developing launch support materials and sales enablement content, • Creating flyers, brochures, event guides, sales tools, and downloadable marketing assets, • Supporting storytelling initiatives that communicate customer value and product innovation, • Adapting global marketing content to local market requirements while maintaining brand consistency Performance & Continuous Improvement In addition to content creation and coordination, the role also includes monitoring content performance and contributing to continuous marketing improvement initiatives. You will: • Track campaign and content performance using analytics and reporting tools, • Monitor engagement, SEO visibility, lead generation, and conversion metrics, • Provide recommendations for improving campaign performance and customer engagement, • Support optimisation of digital content and user experience, • Help maintain editorial consistency and governance across European markets 👤 Ideal Candidate Profile 👤 We are looking for a proactive, organised, and collaborative B2B marketing professional who enjoys both strategic content planning and hands-on campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have: • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Content Marketing, Channel Marketing, Campaign Coordination, or Marketing Communications, • Previous experience working in an international or EMEA-focused environment, • Strong experience creating and adapting marketing content for different audiences and channels, • Experience coordinating campaigns, launches, and cross-functional marketing projects, • Knowledge of email marketing, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and social media, • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices, • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English, • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously, • Strong attention to detail and project management skills, • A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, • Confidence working independently while coordinating with multiple teams and external partners 🎁 What’s on Offer 🎁 • Salary up to €38,000 gross/year, • Hybrid working model: 3 days office / 2 days remote, • International and collaborative working environment, • Exposure to innovative technologies and European-wide marketing initiatives, • Opportunity to work on product launches and strategic campaigns across multiple EMEA markets
