We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our operations in Barcelona, owning revenue growth, strategic accounts, and regional expansion across Spain and Europe. What You Will Do • Own and drive B2B revenue across Spain and Europe, • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales and business development team, • Design and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global HQ, • Acquire, manage, and expand enterprise and strategic accounts, • Lead executive-level negotiations and close high-value, multi-year contracts, • Establish partnerships with key corporates, distributors, and procurement leaders, • Forecast revenue, manage pipelines, and report performance to global leadership, • Collaborate closely with global production, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams, • Represent VORN at industry events, client meetings, and executive forums Who We Are Looking For Mandatory • Fluent Spanish + strong English (business level), • 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3–5+ years in senior leadership, • Proven success building and leading high-performing sales teams, • Strong track record closing large enterprise and cross-border deals, • Strategic, data-driven, commercially strong mindset, • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, • Experience working with international stakeholders and clients Preferred (Strong Advantage) • Experience in automotive, energy, manufacturing, mobility, or industrial sectors, • Established C-level and procurement network in Spain / Southern Europe, • Experience scaling regional or European markets, • Additional EU language (Catalan, French, Italian, or German) is a plus What We Offer • Base Salary: €30,000 – €100,000 per year, • Commission: Uncapped, performance-based, • On-Target Earnings (OTE): €5,000 – €15,000+ per month, • Top Performers: €18,000+ per month, • Annual leadership and performance bonus, • Monday–Friday | Standard executive business hours, • Executive laptop, mobile phone, CRM, and advanced lead-generation tools, • Marketing and inside-sales support with inbound leads, • Direct influence over Spain & Southern Europe growth strategy, • Clear progression to Regional Director / Europe Head roles Job Type Full-time | Permanent | Contract
