ph3Mission /h3 pFerrer is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Global Marketing Excellence team. This role will involve driving marketing excellence at a global level by enabling data‑driven, portfolio‑focused decision making across brands and markets through common frameworks, processes, KPIs, and governance. As a strategic partner to cross‑functional teams—including Brand, Commercial, Medical, Access, Finance, Market Insights, Regulatory, Digital, and Content Excellence—you will connect strategy, portfolio performance, forecasting, resource allocation, and PL impact. This role will lead the evolution from traditional brand management to advanced portfolio management, while shaping global marketing capabilities, supporting key business planning processes, and accelerating successful launches across European markets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the implementation and continuous improvement of global marketing processes, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and consistent execution across global and local teams. /li liShape and deliver Marketing Excellence programs that strengthen capabilities, accelerate upskilling, and empower marketing teams to adopt best‑in‑class practices, tools, and ways of working. /li liDrive the evolution of portfolio management, leading the strategic oversight of mature brands and providing data‑driven recommendations that maximize value, optimise resource allocation, and support sustainable business growth. /li liIdentify, monitor, and communicate portfolio opportunities and risks, transforming insights into actionable recommendations and partnering with cross‑functional teams to unlock growth and address business challenges. /li liAct as a strategic marketing partner for the European region, supporting launch readiness, capturing market insights, and facilitating the sharing of best practices across countries to enhance commercial success and marketing impact. /li liLead a key transformational initiative focused on the “One Customer” model, playing a pivotal role in the transition to the new business platform and driving change through collaboration, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. /li liFoster strong cross‑functional partnerships with Commercial Excellence, Medical Excellence, Digital, Data AI, Finance, and other key functions to ensure integrated decision‑making and business performance. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSolid experience in international pharmaceutical marketing, Marketing Excellence, Brand Planning, Portfolio Strategy, Launch Excellence, Business Excellence, Strategic Planning, or related functions within a global organization. /li liStrong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare environment, with experience in Specialty Care, Rare Diseases, Biotech, or other highly regulated sectors considered a strong advantage. /li liProven ability to work with brand plans, portfolio reviews, business cases, forecasting, resource allocation, PL management, and performance tracking, translating insights into strategic business recommendations. /li liExperience operating in global‑local business models, collaborating effectively with global teams, affiliates, regional stakeholders, and corporate functions across multiple geographies. /li liDemonstrated success in influencing and partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders. /li liStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data, identify opportunities and risks, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. /li liExcellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of driving strategic initiatives and leading through influence in matrix organisations. /li liA collaborative mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution, delivering results in dynamic and fast‑paced environments. /li liFluent English is required. /li /ul pAt Ferrer, we guarantee equal treatment and opportunities in recruitment, avoiding prejudices and stereotypes for any reason in the processes of access to the company, assessing only objective criteria such as professional and academic skills and work experience. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
