It is also essential that you strictly adhere to food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all customers and colleagues. A high level of spoken and written English is essential for this role, as the majority of our customers are international visitors. Candidates must be confident communicating fluently in English, taking orders accurately, explaining menu items, answering customer queries, and providing exceptional service to guests from a variety of backgrounds. Your outstanding customer service skills will be your main tool, allowing you to anticipate needs, answer questions, and handle any issues with effective communication and a consistently positive and empathetic attitude. The ability to work under pressure will be crucial in maintaining calmness, professionalism, and efficiency, even in demanding situations, ensuring that every customer receives first-class service regardless of the time of day. This position requires flexibility in working hours, and successful candidates will be expected to work a mixture of daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the needs of the business. The ability to adapt to different shift patterns while maintaining high service standards is essential. Joining our team in Benidorm means becoming part of a welcoming and professional community in one of the most sought-after tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca. You will enjoy a stimulating work environment and the opportunity to live in a city that offers an enviable lifestyle, combining beaches, sunshine, and a vibrant social scene. If you are looking for a position where your talent is valued, where you have opportunities for growth, and where you can enjoy an exceptional environment while pursuing your passion for hospitality, we would love to meet you and have you become part of our success story.
