    About COURTSIDE by WISSLER COURTSIDE is a high-energy sunset venue and kitchen concept powered by the WISSLER brand. Located at Club de Padel – Cerrado del Águila, we serve famous gourmet burgers ("I Love Beef", "I Love It Nasty"), loaded fries, fresh breakfast bowls, and street food favorites alongside incredible panoramic terrace views. We recently took over the venue and are building something special. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking kitchen team member to help us execute our vision and grow with the brand from day one. The Role You will primarily work independently in the kitchen during your shift, prepping and cooking high-quality menu items while maintaining smooth communication with the bar and floor team. Key Responsibilities: • Food Preparation & Cooking: Independently prepare and assemble menu items—including WISSLER burgers, loaded fries, breakfast bowls, and sharing platters—with high attention to detail and food standards., • Hygiene & Sanitation: Keep the kitchen immaculate. Cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining clean stations are core daily responsibilities, not an afterthought., • Shift Management: Work split shifts covering both lunch and dinner services, keeping high energy and composure when ticket orders build up., • Proactive Downtime: Stay active during quieter hours with prep, restocking, deep cleaning, and organizing the kitchen workspace. What We Are Looking For • Kitchen Experience: Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or fast-casual venue is required., • Languages: Working knowledge of English is required to communicate with the team and read order tickets (you do not need to be fluent, but must be comfortable using English at work). Spanish is not required., • Work Ethic & Independence: Ability to work autonomously in the kitchen, manage your time efficiently, and take pride in maintain high hygiene standards., • Transport: Must have your own reliable transportation (car or scooter), as public transport does not serve the venue location. The Role We are seeking an energetic, independent Evening Bartender & Floor Host to take ownership of our terrace and bar service. You will be the face of COURTSIDE during sunset and evening hours, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities: • Bar & Floor Operations: Run the bar and manage table service with a friendly, efficient standard., • Guest Hospitality: Welcome and serve a diverse mix of guests, from local Spanish residents to international expats and tourists., • Proactive Attitude: Keep active and maintain an immaculate venue during quieter periods (prep, organization, restocking)., • Peak Performance: Effortlessly shift into high gear with focus, composure, and a positive attitude when the terrace fills up. What We Are Looking For • Languages: Working proficiency in both English and Spanish (you don't need to be fully fluent, but you must be able to communicate comfortably and serve all guests in both languages)., • Transport: Must have your own reliable means of transportation (car or scooter), as public transport does not serve the venue location., • Experience: Previous bar or restaurant experience is a definite advantage, but a strong work ethic, high energy, and the right attitude are what matter most., • Skills: Independent mindset, strong situational awareness, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities As our Maintenance Technician, your daily tasks will include: • General maintenance of the hotel, apartments, and resort facilities., • Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance., • Garden and outdoor maintenance., • Cleaning and maintaining the pool area., • Daily pool water testing and basic pool maintenance., • Preparing facilities for arriving guests., • Identifying maintenance issues before they become problems and taking initiative to resolve them., • Working closely with other departments to ensure the resort is always presented at its best.     Freelance Event Sound & Lighting Technician (English Speaking) Marbella Entertainments is looking for an experienced Freelance Event Sound & Lighting Technician to join our team during the busy events season (mainly April–October). Based in Mijas Costa, we provide professional sound, lighting and AV equipment for weddings, luxury villas, corporate events, concerts and private parties across the Costa del Sol (mainly Marbella–Sotogrande). We're looking for someone who: • Has experience with professional sound and/or lighting equipment., • Is confident setting up, testing and troubleshooting PA systems., • Holds a full driving licence (own transport to our base preferred)., • Speaks fluent English (Spanish is an advantage)., • Is physically fit and happy with manual work., • Is friendly, professional and client-focused., • Works well as part of a team and can occasionally work independently. Typical duties: • Prepare equipment using packing lists., • Load and unload vehicles safely., • Deliver, install and test sound & lighting systems., • Carry out sound checks and occasionally operate live sound., • De-rig events and return equipment to storage., • Report any equipment issues after each job.
