System Implementation Specialist – Desay SV Spain (Linares, Jaén) Location: Linares (Jaén) – On-site Company: Desay SV Automotive Department: EDS – Digital & Application Management Contract: Full-time / Permanent About Desay SV Automotive Desay SV is one of the world’s leading automotive electronics companies, with over 20,000 employees, 8 R&D centers, and operations across China, Mexico, Europe, and Asia. We are now building our first manufacturing site in Spain, located in Linares (Jaén) — and we are expanding our local Digital & IT team. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact, high-growth project from the very beginning. Position: System Implementation Specialist As part of the Digital / EDS team, you will support the rollout, configuration, and optimization of application systems used across our production and business operations. You will work closely with both local teams in Spain and international teams in China. What You Will Do Application & Business Support (40%) • Daily troubleshooting and issue resolution, • Support users across different applications and business processes, • Collect and analyze business requirements, • Coordinate with IT suppliers and HQ teams, • Perform daily health checks, • Monitor logs, alarms, and performance, • Lead User Acceptance Testing for new digital projects, • Prepare test plans, scenarios, and documentation, • Validate system changes with users What We’re Looking For • Experience in application support, system implementation, IT operations, or similar roles, • Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and communicate clearly, • Understanding of IT project cycles, system configuration, and UAT, • Strong coordination skills with internal teams & external suppliers, • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, • English required (daily communication); Spanish strongly preferred, • Experience in multinational or multicultural environments is a plus Why Join Desay SV Spain? • Work on a strategic global project with long-term growth, • Be part of a new digital organization in Spain, • Continuous learning & development with access to global teams, • International exposure with colleagues in Europe, China, and Mexico, • Competitive salary and stable permanent contract, • Build your career in a company that values innovation, teamwork, and ownership How to Apply If you’re excited about joining a global automotive leader and contributing to the digital foundation of our new plant in Spain, we’d love to hear from you.
