POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The Collections Data Scientist will develop technology-enabled recommendations and design various reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions. Asegúrese de leerla detenidamente y luego envíe su solicitud. • Develop technology-enabled recommendations to address gaps within a single business process., • Proactively identify potential impact on business strategy and recommend solutions as necessary., • Document existing processes, organizational structures, architectures and external systems., • Consult on appropriate tools to prepare deliverables; participate in the development of tools and methodologies and adapt them to the organization environment., • Manage peer-to-peer relationships with colleagues, vendors, and external contractors, including offshore functions., • Assist with development and execution of cut-over plans for simple processes., • Assist in post-implementation support, resolve issues, and raise defects to appropriate level., • Execute transition plan for area of responsibility to the appropriate resource for each phase of the project or initiative., • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical or business discipline., • Generally, a minimum of four years of related experience., • In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies., • In-depth knowledge of diverse and emerging technologies and new architectural concepts and principles., • Knowledgeable in data engineering languages and tools; proficiency in new and emerging technologies., • In-depth understanding of layered solutions and designs; shared data engineering concepts and product features, and security-minded., • Highly developed negotiation, consensus building, and influencing skills, facilitation and adaptability to respond to change quickly., • Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills., • Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT, • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based., • Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
