Mission of the Position Bridge the gap between CAMPERLAB global brand strategy and market execution across all physical and digital channels. The role involves driving the seasonal Go-To-Market calendar, empowering retail, B2B, and e-commerce partners with the essential tools, high-impact physical activations, and brand assets needed to maximize momentum and sales worldwide. Responsibilities of the Position • GTM CALENDAR: Build the seasonal Go-To-Market plan and manage its execution, in order to raise consistency and efficiency in all brand momentums or actions., • TRADE ACTIVATIONS: Plan and execute physical retail moments (pop-ups, events, window or in-store displays). Coordinate all aspects from the fixtures to the stock delivery, and the launch event., • B2B PARTNER SUPPORT: Act as the marketing liaison for B2B partners (buyers, distributors, agents). Supply them with the correct imagery, brand copy, and training guides so their sales staff knows how to sell your collection., • E-COMMERCE COORDINATION: Ensure the e-commerce team receives the correct product descriptions, campaign imagery, and strict launch timelines to perfectly mirror global drops., • SELLING TOOLS: Ensure that all materials (lookbooks, product guides, pricing, imagery, and any other marketing materials) are correctly and timely executed., • BRAND-TO-MARKET LIAISON: Distribute the brand assets to all retail and digital partners. Gather feedback from the market and report these insights back to the branding team. Skills for the Position • Exceptional organization and attention to detail., • Strong communication and collaboration skills., • Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking and team environment, always with a proactive attitude. -Strong Work Ethic and Company Commitment Requirements for the Position • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role., • Fluency in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other functions, departments, and external stakeholders, both technical and creative profiles., • Passion for fashion and current trends., • Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, advertising, or a related field., • Proven ability to manage a wide variety of projects and ensure their proper execution on time., • Proactive attitude and ability to multi-task in a team environment.
