Job Description As the Assistant to the CEO, you will be a key player in supporting our leader in managing and growing our diverse businesses. The role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and is adept at navigating the nuances of international business relations. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including schedule management and coordination of international meetings., • Communicate and deal effectively with global clients, understanding and adapting to different cultural contexts, • Serve as a liaison, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions, both locally and internationally., • Develop and present business presentations to a global audience., • Lead and encourage a team environment that values intellect, positivity, and cultural sensitivity., • Handle sensitive information with discretion., • Make independent, culturally informed decisions in a dynamic business context. Qualifications • MBA or equivalent degree in a business-related field., • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably with international exposure., • Energetic, motivated, with a strong intellectual capacity., • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus., • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines., • Leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams., • Proficient in business software and presentation tools.
