As a Supply Chain Planner supporting our EMEA operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring reliable product availability while balancing cost, capacity, and inventory performance. You will be at the heart of our planning ecosystem—translating demand signals into executable production plans, navigating complexity across multiple manufacturing sites, and enabling outstanding customer service. Working closely with cross‑functional partners across Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, you will help Arxada go beyond by strengthening resilience, improving planning outcomes, and building trust across the organization. Essential Job Functions • Develop and manage production plans for Timber materials across EMEA, aligning demand forecasts with capacity and operational constraints, • Review, challenge, and refine forecasts to address variability and bias, ensuring realistic and achievable plans, • Replenish European warehouses while balancing service levels, inventory targets, and storage capacity, • Coordinate planning activities across multiple manufacturing sites, including South Africa, within an integrated supply network, • Actively participate in SIOP, SOE, and cross‑functional planning forums to support aligned decision‑making, • Proactively identify supply risks, shortages, and imbalances, adjusting plans to mitigate service or inventory impacts, • Serve as a key planning contact for Customer Service and business stakeholders, managing priorities and escalations with clarity and confidence Qualifications & Experience • 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Scheduling, ideally within a manufacturing or multi‑site environment, • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights, • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities; experience with BI or planning tools is an advantage, • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels in a global organization, • Resilience and composure under pressure, with a structured approach to managing competing priorities, • Experience in scenario planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement within planning or operations Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas: Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.
