Content Coordinator – Global Content Operations Location – Spain Remote You will be responsible for: Act as the primary liaison for content submissions from internal teams and external agencies. Managing end-to-end content intake, validation, and preparation for submission. Coordinating across medical, brand, regulatory/legal, and agency teams to ensure timely progression of content. Monitoring jobs through all workflow stages and resolving blockers or routing issues. Assist in managing content calendars and supporting campaign execution across channels. Tracking global content timelines across franchises, identifying potential bottlenecks before SLA breaches, and reporting progress to Commercial Excellence teams. Acting as a coordination point between content owners, agencies, and DAM librarians to align on quality control expectations and operational workflows. Supporting onboarding of external agencies on franchise-specific PromoMats processes and ensuring appropriate system access and governance from the start. Supporting lifecycle management including version control, renewals, expirations, and archival of content assets. Tracking global-to-local content adaptation across markets and supporting insights that inform content reuse and evolution guidelines. Maintaining content trackers, dashboards, and SLA-based performance reporting. Contributing to the continuous improvement of content operations processes, templates, and workflow governance. Supporting scalable content operations by enabling structured content, reuse, and governance practices that improve global content efficiency across franchises. Support change management activities related to new processes, templates, or system enhancements. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and content reuse. Assist in coordinating Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes where applicable. Desired Profile (Key Skills) A seasoned content operations professional with 12+ years of strong experience in pharma or life sciences. Background in managing large volumes of medical/promotional content within structured, regulated environments. Deep familiarity with Veeva systems (PromoMats, DAM) and end‑to‑end content lifecycle processes. Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across global and local teams. Strong understanding of claims, references, compliance, and medical review processes. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing simultaneous submissions under strict timelines. Comfortable working in a complex global ecosystem with multiple agencies and cross‑functional partners. Demonstrates strong communication, follow‑up, and operational ownership. Understanding of structured content, modular content, taxonomy, and metadata frameworks. Strong project coordination and workflow management capabilities. Ability to maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and SLA reporting. Skilled in content lifecycle management (intake → review → approval → publish → archive). Familiarity with global-to-local content adaptation and reuse strategies.
