If you have extensive experience in technical procurement, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConvert technical drawings and BOMs into detailed purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) according to project needs. /li liManage daily communication with mechanical suppliers, ensuring timely confirmation of orders, manufacturing progress, and delivery confirmations. /li liReview and validate supplier quotations, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with 2D/3D design documentation. /li liCoordinate with Engineering for design modifications or technical deviations, updating instructions and supplier documentation accordingly. /li liOversee first article inspections (FAI) and ensure dimensional, surface, and material conformity before series deliveries. /li liSupport incoming quality control processes, addressing non-conformities, and leading supplier corrective actions. /li liMaintain all supplier and order data in SAP R3 (MM) module, ensuring complete traceability of manufacturing purchase orders. /li liCollaborate with Finance for invoice validation, cost recording, and payment tracking. /li liMonitor and report project purchase milestones, highlighting potential risks, delays, or cost deviations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical background. /li li5 years of experience in mechanical procurement or industrial sourcing within automation, machinery, or automotive industries. /li liStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, welding, surface finishing, assembly). /li liAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings (2D/3D) and technical documentation. /li liAdvanced knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP R3/MM-PUR) and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI). /li liFluent English (C1 or above), both written and spoken. /li liAvailability to visit suppliers and manufacturing facilities, both nationally and internationally. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liKnowledge of ISO 9001 and supplier quality systems (PPAP, NCR, corrective actions). /li liExperience in international sourcing (Europe, Mexico, Asia). /li liFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liImmediate integration into a dynamic and international team. /li liParticipation in cutting-edge projects in the field of robotics. /li liOpportunities for professional development and growth within the company. /li liCollaborative and innovative work environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
