Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of development of the solutions. /p h3Detailed Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liMeet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline as well as operational metrics. /li liAudit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought. /li liSecure new customer wins for a cloud: maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers. /li liDevelop knowledge of the cloud’s offerings and leverage all training resources. /li liProvide technical product overview, offerings and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios. /li liConduct group and one-on-one training across the centre on subjects of expertise. /li liPresent cloud value propositions that align with customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives. /li liExecute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of developments of the solutions. /li liIncrease technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud. /li /ul h3Targeted Qualifications /h3 ul liFluency in bFinnish /b Language, bC1 /b level or Higher. /li liFluency in bEnglish /b Language, bB2 /b level or Higher. /li liBachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, preferably in bcomputer science, mathematics or engineering /b. /li liUnderstanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging bcomputing /b btrends /b. /li liAbility to explain complex btechnical solutions /b to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect btechnological solutions /b with measurable business value. /li libMin3+ years /b of technology-related bsales /b or business development experience. /li liUnderstanding of bcloud /b bdeployment /b and adoption bplanning /b. /li liInitiative to independently grow technical knowledge. /li liSuccess-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. /li liBroad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical barchitecture /b for bproductivity /b and communications solutions is required. /li liDemonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred. /li liA minimum of bFundamentals /b bcertification /b is required, bL200 /b certification is preferred. /li liExceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role. /li liExperience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology. /li liProven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals. /li liExperience in computer
