ppAn international company operating in the Food Beverage ingredients sector is currently recruiting a Customer Operations Specialist to support its French‑speaking customer portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of customer service, sales support, and order management, ensuring a high level of service across the full order‑to‑cash cycle. This position works closely with Key Account Managers and regional commercial teams, acting as a key operational contact for customers. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliServe as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating closely with sales and internal teams. /liliManage customer orders end to end, from order entry through shipment and invoicing. /liliValidate customer data at order stage, including pricing, commercial terms, exceptions, and specific logistics requirements. /liliHandle customer and internal enquiries related to product availability, quality, substitutions, inventory levels, order status, pricing, billing, and invoicing. /liliSupport the sales team with account‑related operational issues, including carrier incidents and delivery constraints. /liliAddress customer complaints promptly, ensuring appropriate follow‑up and escalation where required. /liliMaintain accurate customer and account records to ensure efficient billing and documentation. /liliEnsure adherence to internal processes, policies, and compliance requirements. /li /ulh3Profile Sought /h3ulliDegree‑level education or equivalent professional experience. /liliAt least 3 years’ experience in a customer service, customer operations, or sales support environment. /liliFluent English, written and spoken. /liliExperience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems such as SAP Business One. /liliFamiliarity with import/export documentation is a plus. /liliPrevious exposure to the food and beverage industry is advantageous. /li /ulh3Key Competencies /h3ulliStrong customer focus. /liliHigh level of English communication skills. /liliProactive and solution‑oriented approach. /liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
