Your Tasks • IT Support & Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for local IT issues and support requests (on-site and remote), working closely with IT teams in Seville and Stans (Switzerland), • Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP, mobile devices) and software (Windows OS, Microsoft 365), • Ticket & Asset Management: Efficiently handle support tickets in coordination with the global IT Service Desk and maintain accurate records of IT assets and service activities, • User & Security Administration: Manage user accounts and access rights, assist in resolving IT security incidents, and ensure compliance with internal policies, • Knowledge Sharing & Process Improvement: Document solutions, update the knowledge base, and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, • Career Development Path: You will be the spearhead of the growth of the IT area in Seville with the possibility of having a professional development with increasingly new responsibilities: planning and implementing local IT projects, acting as the interface between Spain and the global IT team, managing local IT assets and budgets, preparing decision-support documentation, and overseeing suppliers and service providers With this you convince us, • Education in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience, ideally with certifications in Windows systems or related fields, • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience, ideally in a support or coordination role, • As our Sevilla office is still in a build-up/start-up phase, this role requires a high degree of flexibility, initiative, and hands-on mentality, • You will help shape structures and processes from the ground up in collaboration with the central IT team, • Structured, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure as well a strong sense of ownership and service orientation, • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset What we offer, • A committed, international team and the chance to work on unique, cutting-edge projects, • Support for training and opportunities for personal and professional development, • The opportunity to be part of something significant: contribute to the development of a new facility in Sevilla and play a key role in shaping its future success, • Opportunities for career advancement within Pilatus Ibérica and the broader Pilatus network, • A supportive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and encourages leadership
