We are looking for a results-driven and people-oriented Team Leader for our North Inside Sales organisation. Your role will be to lead and develop our Inside Sales team across Northern and Central Europe, composed of France, Benelux, Poland, and DACH. This role is responsible for new customers and revenue goals linked to the Region. The goal is to drive pipeline generation, improve conversion performance, optimise sales processes, and ensure operational excellence across the region. • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales activities., • Lead by example; your role involves team performance as well as individual sales targets., • Monitor team KPIs including conversion rates, pipeline creation, speed-to-lead, activity metrics, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment., • Own regional forecasting processes, ensuring high forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and business predictability across the region., • Ensure high-quality lead qualification and customer engagement processes., • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Field Sales to improve lead management, conversion, and forecasting reliability., • Analyse market performance and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement., • Implement best practices to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and customer experience., • Support the adoption of AI-driven sales tools and automation initiatives to improve responsiveness and operational efficiency., • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives across Northern and Central and Eastern Europe., • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of the Inside Sales team., • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer‑centric sales culture., • 3–5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales management roles, as team leader or manager., • Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams in a B2B or SaaS environment of high volume and velocity., • Strong understanding of pipeline generation, lead qualification, forecasting, and sales funnel management., • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)., • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data‑driven mindset., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment., • Fluency in English is required., • Fluency in one of these languages is a plus: French, Dutch or German., • Quota Achievement, • Pipeline generation growth, • Forecast accuracy and pipeline predictability, • Team quota attainment, • Lead / Opportunity conversion improvement, • Response time and SLA adherence, • Productivity and operational efficiency improvements, • Employee engagement and retention, • A competitive salary package, with a base and commissions, • A permanent contract., • Benefits: Health insurance & extra allowance, • A hybrid working model: 2 days remote, 3 days in the office., • 23 days of holidays a year + your birthday day off, • Flexible compensation Alpega hires people from diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and identities.
