We are a fast-growing international real estate company looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Operations Manager to join our team in Valencia. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and technical management of our residential portfolio, ensuring our properties are well maintained and tenants receive excellent service. What will you do? • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and technical issues., • Manage contractors, suppliers and service providers., • Conduct property inspections and follow up on works., • Handle tenant requests and resolve issues efficiently., • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and property inspections., • Manage keys, utilities, inventories and other operational matters., • Monitor the condition and presentation of our properties., • Support the team with day-to-day property management tasks. What are we looking for? • Fluent Spanish and English – mandatory., • Previous experience in property management, maintenance, hospitality, construction or a similar role is a plus., • Practical, solution-oriented and proactive mindset., • Strong organizational and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and take ownership., • Basic technical knowledge., • Comfortable working with digital tools and software., • Driving licence is a plus.
