If you want to learn more about us, visit theGMV website. /p h3WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU FACE? /h3 pAs a bSOC-CERT Project Manager /b, you will lead the management and evolution of security monitoring and incident response services, coordinating technical teams and projects aimed at improving detection and response capabilities against cyber threats. /p pYou will work with SOC teams, security analysts, and incident response specialists to strengthen the protection of complex technological infrastructures and improve incident management processes. /p h3On a day-to-day basis you will: /h3 ul liLead projects related to the operation and evolution of SOC and CERT services. /li liCoordinate technical teams of SOC analysts and cybersecurity specialists. /li liOversee the detection, analysis, and management of security incidents. /li liTrack KPIs and SLAs associated with monitoring and incident response services. /li liDefine and improve detection, analysis, and incident response procedures. /li liCoordinate communication with clients and stakeholders during critical incidents. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and SOC maturity. /li liPrepare technical and executive reports on the status of services and projects. /li /ul h3WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? /h3 pWe are looking for someone with experience in cybersecurity and project management, capable of coordinating technical teams and leading monitoring and incident response services in complex technological environments. /p pFor this role, it is important to have: /p ul liExperience in bcybersecurity project management /b or SOC services. /li liKnowledge of bSOC, CERT or CSIRT /b environments and security incident management. /li liExperience coordinating btechnical cybersecurity teams /b. /li liKnowledge of monitoring tools such as bSIEM /b (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, Sentinel, or others). /li liKnowledge of detection and response technologies such as bEDR/XDR /b. /li liFamiliarity with security frameworks and standards such as bNIST, MITRE ATTCK, or ISO 27001 /b. /li liExperience tracking bKPIs, SLAs, and reporting /b for security services. /li liDegree in bComputer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar /b. /li liCybersecurity certifications such as bCISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC /b or equivalent are a plus. /li /ul h3WHAT DO WE OFFER? /h3 ul liHybrid work model with 8 weeks per year of remote work outside your usual geographic area. /li liFlexible working hours with optional intensive Fridays and summer schedule. /li liDevelopment of a personalized career plan, training, and language learning support. /li liNational and international mobility.
