At DYLSI , an exclusive AXA insurance agency based in Mallorca, health insurance is the heart of what we do — and we're looking for someone who wants to own that space. We're hiring a Health Insurance Benefits Specialist to become our clients' go-to person for everything health-related: authorisations, reimbursements, coverage queries, incident resolution, and ongoing support. But this isn't just a back-office role. You'll also play a key consultative commercial role , identifying natural opportunities during client interactions to introduce life insurance and savings solutions — not through pressure, but through genuine understanding of client needs. What you'll do: — Act as the client's primary point of contact for health insurance within the agency — Manage authorisations, reimbursements, coverage questions, and incident resolution — Deliver an exceptional post-sale experience with attention to detail — Identify cross-selling opportunities for life risk and life savings (investment) products during welcome calls, renewals, queries, and claim follow-ups — Collaborate closely with a small, committed bilingual team of six — Work towards clear operational and commercial KPIs. What we're looking for: — Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) — this is non-negotiable — A service-oriented mindset: patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help — Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple open cases — Comfort with a consultative sales approach — detecting needs, not pushing products — Resilience and a positive attitude when handling client frustrations — Team spirit and reliability Experience in insurance or health administration is valued, but attitude and aptitude come first. If you don't yet hold the Level 3 Insurance Distribution Certificate, we're open to supporting your path to obtaining it — we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves. What we offer: — Permanent contract (contrato fijo) — Full-time, 37 hours/week — office-based in Illetes with occasional remote flexibility — Gross annual salary of €22,000 (~€1,500–1,700 net/month) — Performance-based commissions (30% on new production) + variable retention bonus (up to €4,000–6,000/year) + occasional campaign incentives — Health insurance 100% paid by employer ( eligible after 6 months) — Continuous professional development and real opportunities to grow your responsibilities — A small, close-knit team where your contribution genuinely matters A note about what makes this role different: This isn't a call centre.
