Tus tareas principales serán: • Check-In y Check-Out de nuestros huéspedes., • Cuando llegan los clientes se les acompaña a la habitación y se introduce en las instalaciones del hotel., • Tareas diarias de recepción y reservas de los varios turnos (de 7a 15h, de 15 a 23h y puntualmente de 23 a 7h), • Informar y aconsejar a los clientes sobre ofertas de la isla, de los alrededores y sobre excursiones, igual que la contestación a cualquier consulta., • Gestión de reclamaciones, siempre en colaboración con nuestro Guest Relation Manager y la dirección., • Tramitación de reservas individuales., • Comunicación con otros departamentos como pisos y SSTT. Buscamos jefe de partida para trabajar en hotel de 5 estrellas ubicado en Cala Fornells (Paguera). Jornada completa, duración: 9 meses. Buena remuneración.

Responsabilidades: • Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en las instalaciones del hotel., • Reparar averías en sistemas eléctricos, fontanería, climatización y otros equipos., • Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones y equipos del hotel., • Colaborar con el equipo para mantener el hotel en óptimas condiciones., • Reportar y documentar las actividades realizadas.
