The Airline Representative serves as the key liaison between the airline, airport authorities, flight crews and service providers, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). /p h3What Success Looks Like /h3 ul liFlights operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with airline and regulatory requirements. /li liAircraft turnarounds are completed within scheduled timescales. /li liPassenger check-in, boarding and baggage processes are managed effectively. /li liGround handling providers consistently meet contractual and SLA obligations. /li liOperational documentation is accurate, complete and compliant. /li liDelays, cancellations and irregular operations are managed professionally and effectively. /li liFlight crews receive the support required to maintain operational continuity. /li liStrong working relationships are maintained with airline, airport and handling partners. /li liOperational costs are controlled without compromising safety or service quality. /li /ul h3Core Responsibilities /h3 h3Passenger Services Check-in Supervision /h3 ul liOversee passenger check-in operations. /li liEnsure correct seat allocation and boarding procedures. /li liVerify passenger travel documentation and compliance requirements. /li liMonitor excess baggage payments and ancillary service processing. /li liEnsure compliance with airline baggage policies and service standards. /li /ul h3Aircraft Turnaround Management /h3 ul liCoordinate and supervise all turnaround activities both landside and airside. /li liManage passenger disembarkation and boarding processes. /li liSupervise aircraft refuelling, cleaning, catering and baggage loading activities. /li liMonitor technical checks and ensure readiness for departure. /li liDrive operational efficiency and optimise aircraft turnaround times. /li /ul h3Daily Operations Management /h3 ul liManage daily airline operations at the assigned airport. /li liOversee passenger services, baggage handling, cargo and mail activities. /li liSupport load control processes and operational coordination. /li liEnsure compliance with operational procedures and airline standards. /li /ul h3Airport Slot Flight Coordination /h3 ul liManage airport slots based on airline operational requirements. /li liCoordinate with airport stakeholders to support operational efficiency. /li liMonitor flight schedules and implement adjustments where required. /li /ul h3Operational Documentation Compliance /h3 ul liControl and monitor all operational and flight-related documentation. /li liEnsure documentation accuracy and compliance with airline and regulatory requirements. /li liOversee the collection, distribution and retention of operational records. /li liEnsure adherence to local, governmental and airline standards. /li /ul h3Operational Performance Punctuality /h3 ul liMonitor turnaround activities against performance targets. /li liCoordinate corrective actions to minimise delays. /li liSupport on-time performance objectives. /li liEnsure achievement of agreed service delivery standards. /li /ul h3Incident Irregular Operations Management /h3 ul liManage operational disruptions including delays and cancellations. /li liCoordinate passenger re-bookings and customer recovery activities. /li liEscalate operational issues as required. /li liSupport business continuity during irregular operations. /li /ul h3Crew Support Coordination /h3 ul liArrange crew accommodation and transportation when required. /li liManage documentation necessary for airport access. /li liEnsure crew operational requirements are fulfilled before flight departure. /li liSupport compliance with airline and airport regulations. /li /ul h3Ground Handling Provider Management /h3 ul liMonitor and evaluate ground handling performance. /li liCompare service delivery against contractual obligations and operational requirements. /li liIdentify service failures and escalase issues for resolution. /li liEnsure handling agents remain fully informed of airline procedures, passenger service expectations and ramp requirements. /li /ul h3Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management /h3 ul liMonitor ground handler compliance with agreed SLAs. /li liReview baggage delivery performance and irregular operation handling. /li liTrack and report service failures. /li liSupport corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liEnsure compliance with all operational safety requirements. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are a highly organised aviation professional with strong operational knowledge and a passion for delivering safe, efficient and customer-focused airline operations. /p pYou thrive in a fast‑paced airport environment, remain calm under pressure and possess the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
