Mission • In agreement with the General Manager and the CEO, lead high-impact strategic programs by aligning business objectives with operational initiatives. The strategic program manager ensures the coherence, performance, and success of cross programs in a context of strong growth and with a goal of value creation. Main responsibilities • Work closely with the GM to pilot strategic projects decided by the CEO, • Define and structure strategic programs in line with the company's objectives, • Identify risks and propose mitigation plans, • Ensure coordination between different projects and stakeholders (internal and external), • Implement performance indicators and monitor program progress, • Facilitate executive-level decision-making through clear and concise reporting, • Support change and encourage team buy-in, • Conduct strategic monitoring and propose continuous improvement initiatives Educational background / diplomas: Engineer degree in related field, Business school Advanced degree required, MBA a plus International experience required Required experience: • Minimum 10 years of experience as strategic programs/projects leader, or COO in a medium-size high-tech company, • Hands on experience helping a company transition through organizational life cycle stages, • Variety of international leadership positions, • Track record of driving 50% plus revenue growth in operating business units, • Proven ability to integrate ever evolving ___ of the company and its environment Required skills : • Understanding the executives’ overall plan for the company, • Strong leadership, • Capacity to create change and adapts to change, • Managing people, • Ability to develop constructive and productive working relationships and enhancing them over time, • Good understanding of semiconductor technologies, • Strong communication skills, • Teamwork oriented, • English bilingual
