Department introduction Within the OMD department and the Site Support team, you perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind power production sites as well as on delivery substations. About the Role You work closely with the team and the team supervisor to successfully carry out the following tasks: Responsibilities: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Wind Turbines and Substations: • Perform preventive maintenance operations in accordance with maintenance protocols, • Carry out mechanical, electrical, and safety checks, • Write intervention reports and ensure traceability of operations, • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, • Perform troubleshooting and repair operations, • Analyze the causes of faults and propose corrective actions Operation, Performance, and Reporting: • Monitor the operation of wind turbines and analyze alarms according to CGNEE processes, • Contribute to optimizing machine availability and performance, • Detect and report anomalies and propose technical improvements, • Update technical documentation and maintenance histories, draft inspection and maintenance reports, • Record information in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), • Communicate with the site manager, dispatching, and/or the supervision center Safety and QHSE: • Implement and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) rules at company facilities and production sites, • Participate in safety meetings and joint inspection visits, • Contribute to the improvement of safety procedures Travel within France is required. Miscellaneous: • Sporadic site support in other geographical areas such as Belgium, Ireland, Sweden (wind, solar, BESS assets) may be required, • Support the management about the development and optimization of the in-house maintenance strategy, • Technical assistance to the site support team leader and the departments leaders about reports, analysis, technical opinion related to your scope of activities Qualifications: • You hold a degree in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or automation and have at least 2 years of experience in renewable energy or high-voltage maintenance., • You have good physical fitness, are fluent in French, and have a good level of English., • Your written and verbal communicate are clear., • You hold a valid driving license (Category B). Technical Skills: • Ability to work at heights while strictly following safety instructions., • High-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical certifications required., • Strong technical knowledge in electricity and/or mechanics , including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reading electrical diagrams, • Proficiency with safety tools and equipment related to electrical work and working at heights., • Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems independently or as part of a team., • Comfortable with Office environment Languages Required: Fluent English and Native French.
