About the job Job Description Strong culinary ability by preparing and plating of all food items and you will be handling the à la carte food preparation for the Lounge at Heathrow Airport. You will need to have a strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety and always maintaining a clean and safe kitchen including completing all HACCP requirements in your daily duties.
