Treat the customer as you would like to be treated. Provide the customer with knowledge and advice about the teas. Attitude should be approachable and friendly. Punctual, Polite, Presentable Actively engaging customers, every customer should be greeted as you would like to be greeted when entering a shop. Make sure shop is clean, shelves dusted, floor swept, wood polished etc. Record all sales, monetary value and stock sold. The shop and all equipment should be left at the end of the day as you would like to arrive to it in the morning.
